Pure genius - one of my all time favourite funny films. And it's so funny because it is so well observed of people being stupid.
I was watching John Cleese and the Python Team (documentary) on Youtube who were talking about how they made the film and how it was their best work - definitely, their best work.
They observed how the so called Godly people like Mary Whitehouse and other critics had no sense of humour. Several critics were interviewed at some length and they certainly came across as humourless and boring.
But here's the thing - one counsellor banned The Life of Brian but admitted he had never seen the Film. I wonder how many (traditional) Christadelphians have seen The Life of Brian? More to the point, how many Christadelphians who criticise The Life of Brian have seen it? I suspect very few.
What's your favourite scene in Life of Brian - there are so many. But my favourite scene is Biggus Dickus - brilliant!!
